Thank you for choosing Memorial Catering Services. We are pleased to serve you with a wide variety of choices to help make your next meeting, luncheon, dinner or special event a success. In order to provide you the highest quality service, we request that you turn in your catering request one week in advance of your scheduled event. For sit-down dinners or special events, we require a minimum of two weeks’ notice.
Regular service hours are 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. After-hours caterings as well as off-campus requests will be considered as our schedule permits. Additional fees may apply. All cancellations must be received a minimum of three business days prior to the event. Last-minute cancellations may be charged up to 100 percent of the proposed cost to cover the cost of food that may have already been purchased for the event.
